How to install game updates?

Please note that major game updates and improvements often lead to an increase in the minimum device requirements, ensuring optimal performance and enhanced gameplay.

Therefore, we suggest checking the application store to see if any updates are available to be isntalled on the game's page. To do so, please open the Store the game was downloaded from and search for it using the Search function.

Once the page is opened, please check the button to see what it says. If it says "Update", please click it to install the newest update for the game. If no update option is available, we suggest checking the current OS version that is installed on the device.

Currently, Happy Clinic requires the following OS versions to be installed:

• For iPhone and iPad devices, an iOS/iPadOS version 12.0 or higher is required.
• For Android devices, an Android version 5.1 or higher is required.
• For Windows devices, a Windows 10 (x64/x86/ARM) version 17763.0 or higher and DirectX version 10 or higher are required.

If the device's OS version is lower than the minimum required, please update it from Settings. If no updates are available for the device, it unfortunately no longer supports the game.
