My sound effects are gone

Sound effects can disappear for reasons like a background app interfering with the game or sound effect settings being disabled. If you're having this issue, the steps below should help fix it:

1. Check if the sound is audible in other apps. If not, this may suggest an issue with the device, which may be unrelated to the game.
2. If you don't have sound in other applications, please close all of your background apps and relaunch any app to check the sound. If this does not help, please restart your device and open any app again.
3. If you have sound in other apps, please go to our game options menu and check if the volume bar is adjusted to a level you can hear the sound.

Exception for Apple users: There is a chance that you have accidentally turned on silent mode, and that is the reason why you have no audio in the game. Try switching the silent mode button on one of the sides of your device and see if the audio is back.
