1. Check if the sound is audible in other apps. If not, this may suggest an issue with the device, which may be unrelated to the game.
2. If you don't have sound in other applications, please close all of your background apps and relaunch our game to check the sound. If this does not help, please restart your device and open the game again.
3. If you have sound in other apps, please go to our game options menu and check if the volume bar options are turned on.
