Why can't I serve passengers?

To serve passengers, you need to collect the trays from the passengers you have given food orders previously.

If you are not able to collect the trays, it means that the trash bin is full of rubbish. You have to go back to the Galley (Kitchen) and drag it to the trash compactor.
