Game progress loss can happen for different reasons like playing the game on a slow or unstable internet connection, switching between different Nordcurrent ID accounts, and also disconnecting Nordcurrent ID, Google Play, or GameCenter accounts.
Below we have listed some tips that may help you resolve the problem with your progress:
- Make sure that you are using the same Google Play (Android), or Gamecenter (iOS) account you used with your original progress.
- If you have linked your game progress with a Nordcurrent ID before, please make sure that you have logged in with it in the game. (Note: Game progress can only be linked with one Nordcurrent ID account, using a different one will override your progress and will start your game from the start, so make sure you are using the right account.
- Restart your device and open the game. Doing this step might refresh information between your device and our servers.
- Reinstalling the game. There might be a case where your game files are corrupted and because of that, your game progress is not restored. Reinstalling the game will resolve this issue.

I passed level 40 on the New York destination with two stars! I’ve spent diamonds and gems to update but it’s all gone and it says I have to pass level 40 again. I’ve paid for this with real money and the game just keeps shutting down several times a day. I don’t have poor connection and every other app I have works perfectly! Fix it and please reimburse me for my losses. Also, I shouldn’t have to play level 40 again.
