Sometimes, game progress loss can happen due to a slow internet connection, which causes poor communication between the game server and the player's device. Also, partial or complete progress loss can occur after disconnecting one of the accounts in the game options menu: Facebook, Nordcurrent ID, Play Games/Game Center.
To solve this problem, try the following steps:
- Reboot the device and relaunch the game.
- Make sure you have the same account connected in the game options menu that was used during the game - Facebook, Nordcurrent ID, Play Games/Game Center.
- If an account is connected, but you still miss your game progress, reinstall the game (delete and download it again), and connect to the same ID.
If all three options above did not resolve the issue and your progress is not back, please get in touch with our Technical Support.

Please compensate me for the loss
Half way playing, spend all those gems and suddenly disconnect. Please return all gems to me !! This is not the first time happening in this game!
