Being part of a Style House is about more than just styling—it is about community, cooperation, and leadership! Every member plays a vital part in achieving House goals and earning exclusive rewards. This guide helps you understand the different roles within a House and the unique abilities each role provides.
Discover Your Role in the Style House
Every member is assigned one of three specific roles. These roles determine how much control you have over the House settings and its members.
House Owner: The ultimate leader. This is either the player who created the House or the person who received ownership from a previous leader. The Owner has full authority over all House attributes and leadership.
House Officer: A trusted leader promoted by the Owner or other Officers. Officers help manage the community by accepting new members and keeping the House description updated.
House Member: The heart of the community. Members focus on contributing to House activities, sharing styling strategies, and participating in chat discussions.
Managing the Community and Permissions
Management abilities vary depending on your rank. While both Owners and Officers maintain the House, certain high-level changes are reserved exclusively for the Owner.
| Ability | House Owner | House Officer | House Member |
|---|---|---|---|
| Accept/Decline Join Requests | Yes | Yes | No |
| Edit House Description | Yes | Yes | No |
| Edit Name, Emblem, and Type | Yes | No | No |
| Promote/Demote Officers | Yes | No | No |
| Manage/Remove Members | Yes | Yes | No |
Automatic Ownership Transfer:
To keep Style Houses thriving, leadership must remain active. If a House Owner does not log in to the game for 30 consecutive days, the system will automatically reassign the Owner role.
The role will first be transferred to an active Officer. If there are no active Officers, the role will be given to the most active Member. This ensures that the House can continue to be managed even if the original creator leaves the game.
Communicating via the House Chat
The House Chat is your central hub for sharing styling strategies and exchanging Looks with your teammates. It also serves as a log, showing notifications when members join, leave, or change roles.
Regular Messages: All members can send messages up to 160 characters long.
Announcements: Owners and Officers can post special Announcements. These have a larger limit of 216 characters for the main text and 30 characters for the title, making them perfect for setting House rules or goals.
❓ Still Having Trouble?
