First, it is important to note that some in-app purchases may be delivered within 24 hours of placing them. Every successful purchase results in a purchase receipt delivered to the email address associated with the account with which the purchase was placed. Therefore, please check your email inbox folders to see if you have the purchase receipt.
I have a purchase receipt, but not the purchased items in the game
If you found the purchase receipt in your email inbox but don't see the items delivered to you, it's important to take a screenshot of this purchase receipt and reach out to our Support Team with the attached screenshot.
The Team will check all the data and resolve the issue for you.
I don't have purchase receipts for the transaction
In case no purchase receipts are delivered to your email inbox after 24 hours of placing the purchase, please check if the transaction is reflected in your Purchase History.
For iOS/iPadOS/macOS devices:
- open App Store -> click your Avatar icon -> Purchase History;
- check the Apple article for other ways: View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services.
For Android devices:
- open Google Play -> click your Avatar icon -> click Payments&Subscriptions -> Bugdet&History;
- check the Google article for other ways: Review your order history.
For Windows devices:
- check the article from Microsoft: View your Microsoft Store order history
If you have not received a purchase that was made in the game, this could signal an issue with the purchase attempt. Therefore, please reach out to the Store's Support Team first for assistance in resolving this matter. Once you have the purchase receipt retrieved with their help, you can contact our Support Team with the screenshot of it attached.
