It lets players be sure their progress data is securely stored on our servers and won't be lost after any manipulations. It also brings various other benefits and possibilities.
How to connect to Nordcurrent ID
In order to connect Cooking Fever progress data to a Nordcurrent ID, players need to click the gears icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen to open the Settings menu.
The Nordcurrent ID account connection button is located at the bottom of the window, and players need to click the LOG IN button. An opened window will require players to type in the email address they would like to use for the Nordcurrent ID account and will get a confirmation code sent to their address to confirm account creation or login attempts.
Please note that it's advised to use a personal email address when creating a Nordcurrent ID account. Once created, it's not possible to change the email address associated with the account. If a player needs to use a different email address, they will have to create a new Nordcurrent ID account.
Players can connect every supported Nordcurrent game to one Nordcurrent ID account to have a full range of benefits in every game, as well as gain connection rewards.
Transferring, Synchronizing, and Restoring progress data
One of the benefits of connecting a Nordcurrent ID account is the possibility of transferring the progress data to another device players may want to use from now on or synchronizing two devices to have one progress data on both of them.
In order to do so, players need to create or connect a Nordcurrent ID account on the device they have their progress data on, and then connect to the same Nordcurrent ID account on another device.
In case a device or progress data is lost, players should connect to the same Nordcurrent ID account on another device to restore it. If such an account was not connected to the now-lost progress data, it's essential to reach out to our Support Team and provide them with all the Device IDs, which are retrieved by opening the profile window, clicking the Support button, and coping the IDs using the COPY button.
